We've complied a comprehensive form you can download to help you think through each of your options and fine-tune your strategy of keeping yourself and your children safe.

If you are in a domestic violence situation and are thinking about leaving, please download and read the Safety Plan very carefully. On the first pages is a layout for a basic Safety Plan. You never know when you may have the opportunity and determination to leave or when your assailant may get EXTREMELY violent; perhaps even take it out on your children. These are just two reasons why thinking through a safety plan is very important.
