Donate Old and Used Cell Phones

Whether the phone has a telephone number or not or whether you have signed up for service or not, any cell phone can connect to 911. Donating your old, used cell phone (with the charger) gives access to police help to those who need it. For more information, please call (269) 965-6093.

Planned Giving

Planned giving provides a way for you to make a gift to S.A.F.E. Place and at the same time receive favorable tax considerations. S.A.F.E. Gifts of Stock

A charitable gift of stock provides an opportunity for tax savings while supporting S.A.F.E. Place. A gift of stock owned for more than one year entitles you to a charitable deduction for the full market value at the time the gift is made. S.A.F.E. Place is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS. We depend largely upon private donations to keep our shelter and 24-hour helpline running as well as establish public awareness on the issues of sexual and domestic violence.
